I hate the conduct he has off the field . If he wasn’t a celebrity athlete , he’d most likely be an ex convict if he wasn’t still in there.

Someone who’s been arrested for rape and confessed to cocaine , etc is not a celebrity I usually support.
I agree with the latter but no one is asking us to support his past actions, we are talking about THIS new 1. His past shouldn't make him automatically guilty of anything except maybe being dumb.

The tweet states “moments before the ‘interaction’,” so folks thinking this is proof of Irvin’s innocence should sit, shutup, and wait. Similarly, folks outright condemning him.

I’m sure there’s gotta be other surveillance or phone videos of the actual exchange that will come out.

If he’s innocent (which I hope he is) then it will be proven.

Exactly! I didn’t make a judgement on it. This guy claims he was with him through that but all I got from this is a video that f him talking buzzed to folks. Nothing proof wise!l I’m still waiting

Fish seems to think that the woman may have been an NFL Network employee, only surmising. Says that maybe she reported This to an HR person, they then offered for him to change hotels as their way of keeping this in house as they say.

I don’t think Jesus had quite the Rap Sheet of Irvin. Lol
Jesus did forgive Mary Magdelene. He didnt condemn her. She was a prostitute. Folks CAN change, but that said, none of us here think Mike will ever be humanitarian of the year or a Saint. The issue is, did he do anything wrong in this instant? Lets see what comes out. Every man and woman deserve due process.

We know celebrities can be guilty in the public eye without due process. It’s very difficult to prosecute a celebrity.

The hotel thought it was enough to remove him. The NFL thought it was enough. I tend to sway towards their judgement.

Who determines what is inappropriate?
exactly. SOME here are ready to pass judgment. We need 2 wait. So FAR, he has media members saying they were there with him and he did 0 wrong. But we should wait.

I have 0 trust in the NFL's judgment. They celebrate Ray Lewis..I will leave it right there.

This makes sense . And why he said they were moving him . That’s not as bad as flat out being booted .

But then the NFL stepped in. If this was another NFL colleague then the claim is much more reliable than some bimbo in the hotel .

Your father sounds like a very intelligent man.

There is however a very sad irony in your fathers position.

Forget where, but a while ago there was a video where a woman came up on stage and stated she was sexually abused by the minister standing next to her. I believe the minister admitted his guilt and stepped down.

I don't look at women, but being we have been involved with state foster care (as well as the scouts on my end) never be alone with a child that is not yours is also something to think about.

Found it... if I broken the rules apologies, but the link below to what I was refering to

https://www.npr.org/2022/05/24/1100958437/pastor-quits-adultery-woman-says-age-16-abuse

Think my dad’s position is great, all it takes is one time and he will not jeopardize his marriage or his position with the Church. All Ministers are not saints and we know this. If I was a Minister I would do the same. Attended a Church once and this exact same thing happened, where several women accused the Pastor of harassment. Never forget after service they told everyone to hang around had some important things to discuss and that was it.

Anything the NFL says or does has zero credibility when it comes to discipline, accountability or character assessment. They are all over the place with no consistency or adhesion to precedent. So just ignore everything coming out of their press office. And shame on all of you who are so quick to jump on the hate wagon but that's not a surprise around here. Bunch of pre-judging, angry individuals who should take a step back and judge themselves first before they judge others.

What we don't know is what does NFLN know? If this is an isolated incident, do they act this quickly?

What if this happened to Eisen, Mariucci or Warner, do they send them home? Of course, they're smarter than to leave themselves open to something like this.

I think it is interesting that the hotel's solution was to move him but NFLN took it a step further.
