I have more concern with the guilty until proven innocent issue our society has...in many endeavors. Big corporate meltings to protect fake image.... are inconsequential. Even M.O. isn't full evidence. .

Unfortunately our justice system all too often convicts suspects innocent with no means to defend themselves while wealthy citizens and celebrity personalities often get off.

Without the celebrity status most of these athletes would be doing time instead of playing. It’s a very small percentage. I’m not sure why we defend them?

I think if more were prosecuted to the full extent of the law it would discourage others.

Michael has a big, big personality and he is Cowboys royalty, undeniably. He isnt perfect; no one is. Whatever happened in that hotel has to run through legal channels.
Something similar happened in 2017 with Marshall Faulk and he was suspended by the NFL channel - he languished after that, I believe.
A lot of us are pulling for Mike and I hope he weathers this.

Unfortunately fans have illustrated time and time again that they’ll accept almost any conduct off the stage from their favorite stars and athletes.

And many of them think they can get away with it. Some of the very popular athletes have been getting away with it since their school days.
