Marriott has not turned over the video and other records they were supposed to according to the judge's order. Only let Irvin's attorney view it and prevented him from recording it in any fashion. This is not normal.

They did permit Michael's Attorney to view the tape. Did his Attorney or the Judge object to that? Not sure if a civil case has the same gravity with evidence as a criminal case.

It most likley comes to what they have vs what Irvin's team has.... looks like we have the employee's word and video they talked but no audio vs several witnesses that say they heard a normal conversation. They may also get the manager who the employee went to to give his process for removing Irvin and what he was told that was bad enough to remove him but not call the police..if I'm Irvin's lawyers im not unhappy about what is being presented so far.

My interest in these types of threads is to see how us dumb humans react to these events and to each other. And I've said nothing about the victim because nothing is known of her. What I've analyzed is the evidence out there and some of that involves accounts of her.
