I think there is some truth in both of your arguments.Jerry has been a bad GM,the facts show it to be true,but I believe Wade Phillips was a very good hire.I agree with almost everything Hansen has said about Bill Parcells in the past,and with some of the things he had to say about Jerry Jones today.I don't really believe that the coaching search was a joke.I don't think that a head coach taking on coaches that he didn't choose,is a big of a deal as it used to be.You would like to choose all of your staff,but as long as you think you can work with those coaches,it should be okay.Jeff Fisher said a few weeks ago on fox sports radio,that that's becoming more of a common thing these days,it's not as big of a deal as it is being made out to be.Hansen has no insider knowledge of the cowboys anymore.Those guys were finally weeded out when Parcells came in.If Norv had been picked,then some of those guys would have returned.I understand why the Hansen's and the Galloway's are mad,but I believe that this time Jones made the right hire.

Thats old by the way, I was born in Dallas, Grew up in Austin, Lived in NOVa for 5 years seeing as my pop works for the government and wanted me to play for a good football team. And now I Live in Statesboro Georgia where i would be much, much more able to tell you about the Georgia Southern Eagles football team (right down to my sprained ankle) than the WS Commanders.

And Im not the one being a sour grape about everything having to do with the Dallas Cowboys, im accually a fan of them hence why I am on their fans site.....almost makes too much sense right!
