Is Bledsoe losing credibility with team mates???

At what point will his teammates completely lose faith in his ability to help them win?

How long can the oline protect a statue? They have to be ALL superstars...not sure a brickwall could protect him now.

When does the team realize they can not win with him at the helm?

And after that....BP sticks with him???

Terrell Owens is excellent at undermining QB's clubhouse credibility. We'll see if he's capable of pulling it off again.

Not really talking about TO here...we know what he can do, but the other guys. TG, Witten, the oline, Roy Williams...etc..

I wouldn't be shocked it it hasn't already happened with a few of them.

Even in training camp we "heard" the rumors about those in the Cowboy's brain trust remarking on how much better Romo looked than Bledsoe.

And granted the o-line sucked when it came to pass protection but I'm sure they're thinking that if they had Romo back there they would have given up at least a couple fewer sacks.

This team would need to be under .500 heading into November in order to see Romo on the field.

He was seen during the last game yelling at the OL, not the QB.

I wonder why?

It's not the QB's credibility this time that he should question. It's the OL and scheme and game plan, play calling. Sure Bledsoe looked horrible. and I was in here Sunday night calling for his head. But TO can't say this is entirely on Drew. IF he wants to go there this early.

Sorry I don't think the line has to be perfect but they have to do a hell of a lot better at picking up blitzing than they did last week I would say that even if Romo was playing. I was a bit suprised that Dallas did not roll Bledsoe out like they did aginst the skins and this notion Bledsoe can't move is more myth than fact, he is a pocket QB but he can move and even managed to run for a big 1st down and TD in the game.

I thought I read his lips saying something about eating more cheeseburgers, and then tieing their shoes together...

Because he know's that at this point Drew Headslow isn't going to get any better. Ok that was a reach.

Then again, when Drew threw that terrible INT intended for TO, I remember him saying "Are you kidding me?". I don't think he was complaining about the 'O' line then was he?

I asked this question in another thread earlier this morning.

This is a key question that Parcells has to factor into his decision. Not what players will say to the media, because of course they are going to support Bledsoe, but what do they really think in that locker room about his ability to perform.

We know Witten is very tight with Romo, so it's not unreasonable to think other players might want to see Romo given a chance.

Sorry.
Big time reach.

Like the guy or not, his anger was focused in the right direction Sunday.

I'm certainly not dismissing the fact that the oline needs to improve greatly on last week...that's a known given.

On the same token...Drew is not making them look good in any way shapr or form.

His pick in the endzone...he had NO pressure.
His pick where he should have hit TO in the endzone, but under threw...he had NO pressure.

So basically for two of his INT's there was total protection for him...

We can blame the oline for a lot, but when he was given the time...he blew it big time!

I take no fault from Bledsoe on his play but I'm not in the mob who thinks you panic and start making a major change like pulling your QB after week 4 of a season. I know of no HC that would be that dumb enough to do that unless they felt their team was not going anywhere’s this season. While some of our fans have given up (which is not unusual) I don't think the organization is ready to play training camp in October and I don't think players on this team are turning against Bledsoe I think the only ones doing that is our fans also nothing new there I have witnessed that many times in this franchise history.

If the OL is so bad Why are we the 3rd best rushing team. And have the 5th best RB.

Formula for success in the NFL is run the ball, stop the run, and don't turn the ball over. Our RBs have 6 TDs and our QB has 7 ints.

You know there is a differance between run blocking and blitz pickup? Or maybe you don't. :laugh2:

In football the 2 most important pieces are Head Coach and QB.

With that in mind Do we have the future(answer) on this team.

We do not have a Franchise QB that will grow with the team. Thats what we have always had a franchise Qb to grow with the team. This coach and QB are at the final part of their careers with a young team.

Excuse the fact that fans want some stability from the QB for years to come.

I played OT and OG for 7 yrs in high school and College.

The blitz pick up was done but not the inside one. He blocked the 5 hole instead of the 3 hole. By rule when blitzing you block the inside. Flo blocked the outside guy instead of the inside guy. The problem was that either one was going to sack him because the guy Flo blocked instead was faster than the inside guy.
