Either that or his price to resign him is dropping. He's been doing some weird stuff the last few games.

He has been off in the return game. But the whole special teams has looked off.

The wedge was a mess on kick returns.

Let's see if the staff can get the unit right.

I don't remember. He's been solid all year I thought aside from last game. For me it seems like he's always making plays. The Seahawks game was the one game though.....the muffed punt.....very weird for him. Especially when you're trying fair catch.

I don't care either way, we need someone more stable back there returning kicks and punts.

Our punt and punt return teams have been disasterous and will cost us if we don't get things cleaned up. Kick Coverage and Kick Return aren't that special either. Just are lucky to have Bailey on our side.

he also took a fair catch on the 5 yd line. i'm interested to see what his price point will be.

i love harris most of the time..

but he's one of the players who makes up for mistakes by thrilling us with a exciting return like the houston game...

quit making mistakes and all is good bro...like fair catching at the 5

i actually like this dude...he plays hard..

Yes he did that and some other questionable things.

But we know he can ball. Because he's already proven it. Last year he was a greT return man and a great coverage guy.

This year neither.

So what is the reason ?

I don't think his speed is lacking.

Maybe he is taking a greater role on offense or learning something new and spending less time working with st unit.

Maybe the rest of the unit is struggling and he is trying to do to much.

Seems like a discipline thing for st in general. He looks fine on offense.

One thing I have noticed lately is that he is really hesitant to hit a crease and turn on the jets like he used to. Now, he seems to be looking for a hole when he used to just find a wrinkle and go. Maybe it's just me.

Just like Romo's backwards cap, it's obviously the Dwayne's hair causing him to mess up.

you know ive noticed that too. harris is the type of player i worry about having medical issues 30-40 years from now. he plays so hard and fearless, he's taken some massive hits over the years. i'm wondering if his body is letting him down now.

He's going through a bad stretch right now for sure. I could see the team moving on after this year, although I love the guy and hope he stays. He's got a good enough body of work on ST's that someone will pay him nicely this off-season.

With all the decisions the front office has on which players to resign/extend coming up, I could see them letting him walk. Hope they find a way to keep him.

I think he is hesitating because the blocking is bad.

He doesn't hesitate on offense.

Did you see the 3 guys supposed to be forming the wedge standing still looking lost when Harris came charging out of the end zone. He had to slow down because they were not moving forwRd. He would have run into their backs.

I saw it on 2 kick offs and another poster commented on it on the game thread. It was pretty bad.

Still looks like the same player to me, just with Demarcoitis. He's had a few big plays on O wiped out by penalties, and he's obviously a great run blocker.

 @ Dez telling Demarco he was offended when Demarco said he wanted Harris in on run plays because he blocks better than Dez.
