Urban or Lincoln?...Jerry is from OK..played college football there, won a National Championship there & apparently speaks w Lincoln on a weekly basis

Who u rather?

Wrong....... Jerry played football at Arkansas with Jimmy Johnson. Thats how they got to know each other and how Jimmy ended up being Jerry's first choice for HC after firing Landry.

You mean the opposing team's kicker right? Because apparently ours doesn't need any other distraction
For some reason he has problems from the right hash mark so maybe Garrett can throw the challenge flag and get the ref the spot it to the left hash mark?? He might as well use his challenges for this cuz he sure in the hell does not know how to use them when it matters or he's out of them because he wasted a challenge on something stupid

well if you can get Jerry to stop dancing after their kicker kicks and before it is our kickers turn. :) That might be just as likely as asking rowdy to stop being annoying though.

Yes. Offer Bill Cower the same deal Oakland offered Chucky.
Jerry would have to have a stroke first we all know that's what he should do but that ain't going to happen unless the aforementioned happens

Jerry was a 190 lb lineman in an all white SWC.

It should be an option, but Jerry cares more about cash flow and getting the full credit should Garrett luck into actually winning something.

Correct, but is there anyone here that would forgive Jerry for the past 23+ years if Garrett actually won something? What would it really prove? I know l still wouldn't look at Jerry as a good GM...

Urban Meyer said he would take the job.

Just sayin'
No. He said he would talk to the cowboys if the opportunity came to him.
.
He'll find out that Jerry will control EVERYTHING, including hiring of assistant coaches. Worse yet Jerry may insist Garrett to remain as OC....lol

Look, I have never been given the impression Jerry doesn't want to win. He might be bad at it, but not that he doesn't care about winning. There are plenty of owners that make it perfectly clear they are in it for the business it provides. That they are not doing anything or spending anything more than it takes to field a team. Jerry is not one of those people. He's just a really bad George Steinbrenner.

Right but this is about Jerry finally proving he can build a championship team without a great HC like Jimmy. It apparently doesn’t matter how long it takes or the damage done .

George at least brought in proven GM’s and Managers.

Only wanting to win if you can play ball your way isn’t doing everything possible or within your power to win.
Jerry only wants to win his way .

Still doesn't tell me anything. Maybe Jerry has a high opinion of himself and his abilities as a GM? That's the worse case scenario. Still doesn't mean he doesn't want to win. He just thinks he's the best option going forward where George knew better.

Jerry admitted he’d of fired a GM with his record.

Jerry realizes others could do better but doesn’t care. He’s only interested in winning doing it his way.

It’s not enough for Jerry to get credit for hiring the right guy.

He tried that with Jimmy and didn’t like it when Jimmy received more credit.

Most fans would agree we need more Elite coaching but is it an option under Jerry?

Is Jerry still intent on proving he can win without a great HC receiving more credit than he did with Jimmy?

And even if Jerry did want to pursue a more Elite HC would one be willing to deal with his meddling?
These are 23yo (and counting) questions; the answer is “no.”

I don’t think Jerry is going to hire a great coach who already has his skins on the wall but I could see him hiring a dc or OC who turns out to be great. Remember at one point in time Belicheck was just a DC.
