When this pandemic is finally over and done with, I want to visit Great Britain and try some of their amazing teas. One thing I found out about there: There's basically no such thing as ice tea. Tea is always hot. That sounds foreign to a boy born in Texas. During a hot Texas summer, it was ice tea that you wanted, definitely not hot. Hot tea was a thing for the winter.
That's when I drink it hot, cooler weather. I do at least a quart of iced tea everyday in the spring/summer.

I have experimented with different teas in making sun tea. Mighty Leaf and Republic of Teas from World Market are very tasty. I dig World Market, shop til I drop and don't need a passport. Build 6 packs of assorted beers, some nice wines and feast on international specialties. Good teas too. Forgot where I was.

Honey is natural. Regular sugar is refined. Your body can easily process honey where as not so much with refined sugar.
*Yeah, they've never should've deviated from it's primary RUM production intent,by introducing it into the food chain*

( I recall during wrestling tournaments between end of 2nd& beginning of 3rd/ final period , taking a squeeze of honey outta' a plastic bottle a time or two)

Much more healing properties. Last forever. Not even close. One of God's gifs.
*That's right, my man! The Roman legion / native American warriors knew of it's wound healing properties as well*

One of the things that gets me is, adding sugar to things that are already naturally sweet.

like apple sauce.

I buy the unsweetened. I don’t understand the sweetened kind. Apple sauce is already sweet from the natural fruit sugars

I am a big cinnamon apple sauce fan

I like it too. Cinnamon is different though. It’s not a sweetener it’s a spice. It also has very very little carbs in it. So it’s much different than adding sugar.

A friend of mine has a bunch of beehives and she sends me a jar of their honey ever so often. I've taken to sweetening my regular black tea or Earl Grey tea with it. I ran out of her honey and started buying honey from the store. The tea tastes good with honey in it, but is that honey actually any healthier than regular old white sugar? I read up on honey, and it would seem it's still a type of sugar. It's just a sugar food made by bees. Is it really any better?
Much healthier! However, exactly the same Glycemic Index if diabetic. But the GI isn't always accurate in real world affects on glucose spikes. Honey is definitely better for health.

The food industries are getting away with crime..most people are not aware of the amount of poisons they are consuming on a daily basis.

I've been using so-delicious coconut creamer in my white tea and it's outstanding.
