That's when I drink it hot, cooler weather. I do at least a quart of iced tea everyday in the spring/summer.When this pandemic is finally over and done with, I want to visit Great Britain and try some of their amazing teas. One thing I found out about there: There's basically no such thing as ice tea. Tea is always hot. That sounds foreign to a boy born in Texas. During a hot Texas summer, it was ice tea that you wanted, definitely not hot. Hot tea was a thing for the winter.
I have experimented with different teas in making sun tea. Mighty Leaf and Republic of Teas from World Market are very tasty. I dig World Market, shop til I drop and don't need a passport. Build 6 packs of assorted beers, some nice wines and feast on international specialties. Good teas too. Forgot where I was.
