Is it time to move Jones back to CB and start Woods at safety?

Yea we’ll, we could of had Paxton Lynch in the first round

Instead we got a QB some here thought wouldn’t even make the team in the fourth round.

Tick for tack

I was talking about the 2015 draft, which by the looks of it we got jack, squat, a pothead and a long jump champion.

Jared Cook commented on his excellent zone integrity.
People love to point at mistakes for the players they don't like but look over ones they do like. A mistake is a mistake but don't forget when they make a play either.......like Jones did tonight more then once

I have only heard Landon Collins name once in three games this year.
Collins gets abused in the passing game.

Collins is a in the box SS

Jones is a coverage free safety that can play corner

Collins couldn't man up in coverage like Jones does

Pat Crayton made plenty of plays for us, but he'll be remembered for stopping short on a winning TD pass in the playoffs.

Jackie Smith was a great TE, but what is he remembered for?

Byron Jones was covering grass and Cook got behind him. He made an extremely costly mistake in a big moment and people should remember that.

Is it me or do our safeties, particularly Heath/Frazier, play so deep they are rarely in a position to make plays on the ball.

People got to have their whipping boy. Guess 1 mistake and a player is just trash and can never make a play......unless that player is someone they like.

Many were using Crayton as a whipping boy before that game against the Giants, some used Jones before the GB. Some folks logic is flawed but each his own

I'm not sure if I'd use the word 'fantastic'. But I agree he's been generally good and that most fans are clueless.
I agree. He has had some fantastic plays but made some mistakes too. Last year was his first full year at safety and still has plenty of potential to grow and get better.

Just look at Lawrence. Most wanted him gone, now they want to franchise him.

Jones doesn't make many plays. He's a first round pick with one INT on a Hail Mary in over two seasons combined with the fact that he gave up the game determining play in the playoffs. That makes him an easy target for the haters.

Yeah he'll make a few plays every now and then, but so did Mike Jenkins. The people defending him remind me of how people would defend Roy Williams after he fell off a cliff in his third season.

You start off by......Jones doesn't make plays.....but then you finish with.....he'll make a few plays.

I don't think you know what you're talking about

Jordan Lewis. A. No camp, reps, no need.
Jeff Heath. D. Misses too many tackles. Can't break down. Can deliver a hit but only when the receiver has his back to him. I'll give him a few more games.
Frazier, Woods. B. Let them play.
Dak . B. Needs to work on timing throws. Accuracy will bite this team when it matters. Getting by on athletic ability.
Tyronasaurus. C had real issues controlling his man tonight. He's better than he showed.
Tank and Malik. A+ I'm speechless. They got after it.
Butler. B. Hope Terrence likes to share.
Scandrick. C. Sometimes your the windshield, not tonight.
Defense as a whole B+ Looked lost until they figured it out. Kudos to Marinelli.
