Is mike Mayock Stupid?

Alex, I've seen him use that single clip of McFadden numerous times, probably 5 or 6 times over the past couple of weeks, and each time he is strongly implying that McFadden simply isn't that fast. I seriously doubt we see that clip again after the 4.27.

"Strongly implying" doesn't mean he's calling him slow.

But I guess it is the mother bear instinct.

How about just a nice complement to what we have in Marion Barber?

You would think we didn't have a Pro Bowl runningback on this team the way people are wailing on and on about how we have to have a "home run threat".

Sure, it would be nice. But hardly necessary or even worth the price.

For the sake of argument let's say that a RB we can get with our pick would be 90% of how good McF is. Would that extra 10% be worth giving up two extra 1st rd picks and pay an extra 25 million signing bonus? I don't think so.

I like Mayock.
he dosent fall in love with the media darlings, he just goes by what he sees.
Mcfadden is not the best running back in this class he might not even be 2nd best.
