we expect ss to cover like a cb so here are all dbacks. roy is 3rd in ints with 14 pass def.
not bad for a cb, oh wait he's a safety.bottom line if he was great in coverage he'd be a cb not a safety. liability? not even close

Roy has decent stats but I agree also, he should not be put in situations that he has to play like a Free Safety. That's just not where he is good and we all know that.....He looks lost in the secondary 90% of the time though..I don't want to just bash Roy but he is good for giving up a touchdown or big play a game. You can count on it. Sad to say but the truth hurts.... when you see him get burned next time remember it's because he's "not a free safety". :laugh1:

go watch other games and see how many times during that game you see other teams safeties get left one on one deep down field with other teams WR's..it doesnt happen alot

it happens too much here because we have stupid coaches

RW is not a liability in coverage, nor is he "bad" at it...no SS should constantly have to get stuck running 40+ yds downfield with fast WR's..in the short to intermediate areas he is pretty good in coverage
