Is the Cowboys Defense the best in the NFL?

I say No. Not yet: that honor goes to SF presently. That D is completely dominant when healthy.

However- this Cowboys D has the most room for growth of the top units in the NFL by season's end. I think we are on the verge of being a consistent scoop and score, pick 6 D. QB's are terrified to pass.

This is maybe not the best- but the most DANGEROUS unit in the NFL- and it can still get better.

As far as pressure goes, we might be. Not sure we're quite at the top on coverage, but we're pretty strong in that area. I think we lag behind some on our ability to stop the run. That should really get tested in this next game.

That's the great part, this defense hasn't hit it's ceiling yet. One thing that has saved them is the TOADIE hasn't been playing, if he had been available for the last 4 games there is a great chance that this team would be 1-4, 2-3 or at best 3-2.

how many good olines you think are just sitting around? No team has studs from LT through RT. All we have to do is find your scrub lineman and then line Micah over him. No team is gonna be safe from this pass rush, not enough good linemen in the league

i agree presently we are not the best defense...but if we can stay relatively healthy by 3/4 way or game 12-13 we will be...if Dak can find his groove and he has enough weapons...Gallup is 1b and

Ceedee is 1b....and Noah brown is a 2-3 receiver and our TE's are more than servicable and we can routinely score upper 20's maybe low 30's and then Doomsday # 4 comes to play we are legitimate

contenders in playoffs to at least make it to NFC championship game and then anything could happen....Cooper Rush is better than average back up QB so we are Ok there....i Just want us to go into

Sheagles stadium and spank em and walk out NFC east leaders after 1/3 way through season....after Dak went down and we saw how poorly team played myself included thought this season was

over and team came together and played their guts out for Cooper Rush.....i like our chances this year...what you all think?
