Is the Cowboys Defense the best in the NFL?

That's the great part, this defense hasn't hit it's ceiling yet. One thing that has saved them is the TOADIE hasn't been playing, if he had been available for the last 4 games there is a great chance that this team would be 1-4, 2-3 or at best 3-2.
Don’t do drugs.

One of the great things about our defense is how young they are, so there’s still a LOT of room for growth.

I say No. Not yet: that honor goes to SF presently. That D is completely dominant when healthy.

However- this Cowboys D has the most room for growth of the top units in the NFL by season's end. I think we are on the verge of being a consistent scoop and score, pick 6 D. QB's are terrified to pass.

This is maybe not the best- but the most DANGEROUS unit in the NFL- and it can still get better.
If we could dump LVE and Damone Clarke could play, maybe big upgrade. LVE only liability at this point.
