Is there any doubt now that officials are crooked?

the refs across the league have been atrocious. But particularly when its a road Dallas game. Its like a fart in an elevator, its evident to everyone, but nobody wants to be the one to mention the obvious, of fear of being ostracized.

I'd claim it n name it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The calls have been getting worse every year. W/ fewer and fewer fans actually watching the game, it's getting easier to manipulate the calls. People watching highlights and Redzone don't get to see the constant missed penalties.

well said. The sports talking heads...ie "media" have gone full on "protect the shield mode"...ie not talking about or showing the full context of WHY a team gets beat. The fans are much smarter than the media thinks. We know when we are being duped. All we want is the full story

It almost seems deliberate at this point.
I think it is. They know they can get away with it most of the time. That’s why you grab and pull underwear a foot away from the body. Then they continued what they did most of the game until they’re finally called for one.

“Receivers aren’t getting open” and there’s a good reason.

What if we win the final 2 games and the Eagles drop the last 2? Does that make us div. champs? The Giants showed me something and wont be easy for them in NY the final week. I can see them getting beat the next 2 weeks. Philly. Cards aren't easy either. Murray has some juice. If we can TCB the next 2 weeks, and if I am right, the unfathomable will happen. We get a bye. Which we need.

2 point game w/ an exciting ending. They got exactly what they wanted, and manipulated the calls to do so.

If this game is called honestly, we win by 10. They don't care who wins, exciting endings keep people watching. People watching = increased ad revenues. It's just not complicated when you think of it in the right perspective.
Yeah people pointing out the PI calls we got AFTER they ignored the most obvious of the bunch against Lamb are simply being obtuse. They also ignore the fact that without those penalties being committed our guys are roaming free for an easy TD catch. I quit believing the NFL is on the up and up years ago. There is too much evidence to the contrary for me to ignore at this point. They absolutely want close games but I disagree with your take that they don't care who wins. Much like WWE the heroes and the villains are identified before each match. Thing is, with the Cowboys the eyeballs will be there regardless. Even if the score gets out of hand half the country will keep watching the Cowboys against almost anybody. The fact that there is a defensive end who runs 4.3 yet has not been "held" in 10 weeks is all I need to know about this officiating fiasco. Micah could line up in a wide 9 technique every snap and simply fire out of his stance and it would force the tackle to reach out and grab him or let his QB get kilt. In fact he should do that one game. Line up so wide that the tackle would have no chance whatsoever to reach him and just sprint to the QB. Force the holds to be even more obvious than they have been (if that's possible) and see what they do. There isn't a tackle in the league who could beat him to the spot more than once or twice a game. And the wide 9 would all but eliminate the ability to chip him. But it would leave a huge running lane to the inside that I am not sure we have the horses to fill. Still I'd love to see it for at least a quarter.. maybe a half.

Time to allow challenges on every flag or non flag if a coach wants to risk a time out.anothet option is hire 6 more refs that just watch on video and can flag from booth.

If we didnt fumble and the D played better we win. This team right now is just an epic
Your point is valid; and, it doesn’t invalidate the criticism of the officials…those things aren’t mutually exclusive.

People who paid thousands for tickets, flights, hotels, cars/ubers, concessions…they deserve a professionally officiated game. Folks who slid into their recliner 5 minutes before kickoff do to for that matter.

I have a big issue with the Ceedee Lamb PI no call. I mean, he was Pants'd damn near!!!! The ref was standing right there watching it and 0 call. That happened about a minute before we finally did score. What if that is called, we punch it in quick? Then that saves like at least 45-50 seconds on the clock and maybe just maybe we would get a chance at getting the ball back 1 last time after Miami gets the fg. Little things like missed calls matter alot. The refs steered the outcome and that shouldn't happen. Its too often. But I have said it before, if we want to win on the road, we must blow teams out or we have no chance. Just the facts. If its close, we will lose. Refs are never giving us a fair shake in a tight game. The crew that called the Raven game last night was great. Thats textbook officiating and it was even handed. They let each team play and called it down the middle. If the league wanted to send out a teaching vid to all the ref crews, this was it.

I use to balk at this idea, but I now agree with it. Gotta have the option of reviewing flags or no calls. Too many outcomes are being changed.

Just winning the division does not get you a bye. Only the conference winner gets a bye. The 49ers and Lions are still in the NFC and both have a better win/loss record than Dallas. As you’ve pointed out, beating the Eagles is not that big a deal. Understand the goal is to be able to beat every team, not just Philly.

Disagree on the Dolphins roughing the passer call. Prescott clearly grabbed the defenders helmet and pulled him down to get the call. I agree with you that the refs are terrible this year. But it goes both ways on all teams and anybody that says otherwise lives in a vacuum when it comes to their favorite team.
5 of the 25 games with ZERO penalties the Cowboys are the opponent.
Illegal huddle, illegal shift delay of game on D-law(you’ve never seen it before or since)
Unsportsmanlike conduct Garrett for arguing a call, false start on long snapper game over, long streaks of no holds, the current steak for no holds for top pass rusher despite clear replays that it happens most pass rush downs and egregiously …there’s some I forgot

None of these things have happened to almost every team. Yet they all happened to one team. Some teams can’t say any of them happened to their team. Ever.

With being the most popular, most hated and visible team comes some extra attention by the part time refs. And it ain’t good.

That crowd does not seem to accept the not mutually exclusive part. It seems any discussion of the impact the refs may have is forbidden.

It’s great to teach children this. It’s not good to challenge little league calls, but this ain’t the little leagues.

Isn't incredible that we don't have full time Refs?
I mean with the money the NFL makes?
It's really inexcusable!!!
It is. These part-time refs have destroyed the game and I've watched the least amount of NFL games since I started in 1994. If they want to continue this then I'll stop watching all together.

A lot of us have told everyone for years that the refs have it against us and we were mocked and ridiculed for it. Well, what do you have to say now?

Yeah I realize all this. I think we have a shot at a bye at least depending on what happens. But that will be tough. Unlikely.

its soooooo obvious and your right. Even Greg Olsen when calling the game is now essentially very frustrated with the terrible officiating. Can't play the game like this. Its basically soft rigged and steered to a desired outcome depending which crew is calling it. Yeah I said it.

There's no doubt especially if you look at the penalty stats per team since 2000, and that doesn't take into account the no calls, and that Dallas already had a long resume before the year 2000 of high profile ref screw jobs that derailed playoffs, NFCCGs, and SBs.

we will finish the year with 11 wins. Ive always said we have a 10-11 win team this year. I said that during camp. As much as Id like us to win the last 2. Some team will beat us and I bet its Detroit. They are rolling right now. They have everything you want. Great running attack, great receivers, and a really good QB . Not to mention a defense that will be very physical. I think Detroit might be who we play first also in the playoffs. We are sputtering. We must address the physicality of this team in the offseason. Once again, its why we will lose.

we are basically the equivalent of the Chiefs right now. Capable of being much better but consistently ******** the bed for multiple reasons.
