Is this board capable of providing facts that Stephen is just as bad as Jerry?

Why does that even matter? Professional sports are all about winning championships. I could not care less who exactly is making all the decisions.

Why do I not care who is making every decision? I have some numbers that REALLY matter that I care more about:
  • 28 (soon to be 29)
  • 4-10 (playoff record this century)
  • 1 (playoff win in the last 6 seasons)
So who cares what any of us think or what “proof” we have about Jerry or Stephen as ”football decision making guys”? Teams that are serious about winning a championship don’t keep front office people with this kind of record. Only in Dallas.
Some people get off on assignment of blame. They want to know or attempt to prove exactly whose fault things are and it satisfies them for some reason.

For me, what’s the difference? There’s no “proof,” but it’s clear enough to me that whoever is to blame in this case isn’t leaving the building at any point soon.

Don’t make the thread if you don’t want the answers.

Stephen jones is a chemical engineer.

He has no business in football, neither does his father as evidenced by 30 years of failure without a football guy in the building.
Did he make the secret sauce, even that sucked.

Stephen jones has a job because of his last name.

That’s the end of it. No other team in the NFL would have him in their front office. Not one.
That is correct, not one of the other 31 teams in the league would hire pops or Junior for anything football related
