Is your confidence growing or shrinking for the game?

Growing by the comment, by the minute, by the hour, by the day.

Im with you braveheart. All there talk is making me more confident. We are on their minds big time.

It's been growing in part because of how the two teams have publicly handled the "pressure" of this game.

Maybe I'm looking at things through a homer's eyes, but the Eagles seem to be resorting to childish tactics to a) mess with our heads; and b) defer the criticism being thrown their way. McNabb floored me when the main reason he listed for Philly having a chance in this game is Dallas being overconfident. If that's what he's banking on, they're in trouble.

Conversely, I really like the way our players have handled their taunts. You can tell our players are hearing them and feel disrespected, which I like. I never like it when a team's taunts go unnoticed in the other locker room. But there's a business-like approach to our disdain. Instead of flinging poop back at the Eagles, it's as if our guys are giving the media a chuckle under their breath and saying, "We'll see Saturday."

Very Patriots-like in their heyday, IMO.
Exactly what I was going to say. Their guys are trying to convince themselves they weren't trying, or it didn't matter, or we'll choke. Our guys are staying quiet and by all accounts are staying very humble and focused.

I wouldn't know, since it was an exhibition game for the Eagles

I hope Flo makes Cole eat his words.

I am not sure how I feel about this game. I do know that every time this board has swagger, we lose. Dallas has just been so clutch the last few weeks. Dallas needs to make them pay for bringing the house. I know what Philly is going to try already. Bring the house and jam the hot route whether it is a screen or slant. I would pass more than once to guys that Philly isn't expecting the ball to go to.

One thing about Columbo that I don't like is his false starts. We just can't afford them against a team that likes to blitz. The good thing is that our defense has been bailing us out even when our offense isn't scoring 30 a game.

I feel good about Dallas chances on Saturday, although I'm still nervous. I really like what seeing and reading about this group of players really putting it together. Although, I wish all of the love form the media would stop! And the superbowl talk too! Lets just get through this game and work on getting past the next objective... Save the superbowl talk to when they get there...

I've been pretty confident since Sunday. It hasn't changed one way or the other. I mean, yeah, we could lose, but I think chances are a fair bit greater that we'll win.

I'm holding steady as of late Wednesday night. I'm sure that if we play a good clean game, we'll win by 10 points. I'm sure of it.

The only real concern I have are turnovers, especially those of the "fluky" nature. We saw some in the 1st NYG game. The Felix fumble on the KO return, the INT Witten kicked up in the air. If we avoid TOs, we'll win, like I said before by 2 scores.

Growing each and every time a mediot comes out and proclaims the Eagles will win.

most recently, Sean Salisbury was on 870AM WWL in New Orleans, and stated that he's picking the Eagles to win.

...also growing because the Eagles keep spewing trash talk, which further cements the fact that they are in denial.

Who the **** cares what Salisbury said???

Didnt the guy get fired from ESPN for taking pictures of his johnson and emailing them to all the female employees.

I have a good feeling but the anxiety and nervousness are starting to really go thru the roof. The enormity of this game is really hitting me..It's straight up HUGE

no guts no glory!

You know, if I was an Eagle, I would just own up to the loss and say I got flat out beat instead of trying to convince everybody that with the #2 seed on the line I treated the game like exhibition.

I would rather people think I just suck instead of thinking I was ********.:D

I'm split between confident and non-confident. The only time I'll be confident is when we win a playoff game, which hasn't happened yet.

I was really starting to have some doubts until I watched that "Spit Video". I am mad enough right now to punch a hole in the wall, I can just imagine how our players and coaches feel.

I think we make them bleed Saturday, they are going to remember this game for a long time.

I have plenty of doubts but I believe!

I've been a Cowboys fan for many years, and I thought I would only be happy if they won the Super Bowl. However, the closer we get to this game, and the more I think about the enormity of the consequences of failure, the more I realize that we just need to win this one game.

Just win this game Boys, the rest is gravy.
