We go back to back 12 win seasons and are having one of the best offseasons in a long time plus continue to draft well...they aren't horrible, they are actually much improved especially over the past 5 years and the hope is the continue to evolve.

I Said it in another thread, the day we are talking about signing a DT the the fans get excited about will be when we know they are truly on the right path...for now, I think they are doing a lot of very good things and continuing to show that, shockingly, they can actually change their approach.
