Sounds like he’s done. They’ll use him to soak up snaps in TC & pre-season.

Quick someone check on @Dak_Attack_09 . The next Larry Allen has been switched to defense because he sucked at OL. It cant be so.

Looks like he ran out of steam two weeks after the team's divisional loss. Perhaps he will pop in again after getting this new news on Alarcon.

Matt Nelson with Det was brought in as a DT and was converted to OT. He just resigned with them. I don't know how this will play out for Alarcon, coaches have seen him last year on practice squad at DL and now will get a chance to show if he can or can't do it. None of this will impact what Cowboys will do in the draft or FA

This guy is the George Costanza of Cowboys. Been around forever collecting paychecks without actually doing anything. Amazing!

“What is it that you’d say you do here, Isaac?”

Whatever they ask him to do, scout team with the rest of the practice squad....he also increases the Mexican fan base and puts money in Jerry's pocket.

He doesn't seem to show the kind of athleticism (twitch) or even aggression I'd want to see in a D Lineman. He plays tall and soft IMO.

I don't like it but this might just be throwing him one last life preserver.

I admit to being intrigued by this. There are not a lot of successful transitions, but I'm all for giving a big man who wasn't going to break through on one side the ball a chance to do it on the other. Where would Mark Tuinei's career have gone if we'd left him on defense?

Not exactly a good sign.. His days as a Cowboy may be numbered.
Not until he's used up all of his roster exemptions. Even if he's not very good, he's an extra live practice dummy.

Watch what Quinn does with this guy.

This will. Be truly Amazing.
Quinn sucks. He got rid of John Ridgeway, and look at how Ridgeway tore it up as a rookie rotational piece at DT for the Commanders last season. Ugh.
