Looks like he ran out of steam two weeks after the team's divisional loss. Perhaps he will pop in again after getting this new news on Alarcon.

Matt Nelson with Det was brought in as a DT and was converted to OT. He just resigned with them. I don't know how this will play out for Alarcon, coaches have seen him last year on practice squad at DL and now will get a chance to show if he can or can't do it. None of this will impact what Cowboys will do in the draft or FA

That's debatable. He was basically considered a lockdown corner when he was moved. Hence why he got paid by Miami as a corner not a safety.

4 years in the league and he gets a pension at 55....not that he needs it, his family is very wealthy. He's just having a great time and living a dream.....I bet most of us here would have loved to do what he is doing.

He doesn't seem to show the kind of athleticism (twitch) or even aggression I'd want to see in a D Lineman. He plays tall and soft IMO.

I don't like it but this might just be throwing him one last life preserver.

I admit to being intrigued by this. There are not a lot of successful transitions, but I'm all for giving a big man who wasn't going to break through on one side the ball a chance to do it on the other. Where would Mark Tuinei's career have gone if we'd left him on defense?

Quinn sucks. He got rid of John Ridgeway, and look at how Ridgeway tore it up as a rookie rotational piece at DT for the Commanders last season. Ugh.
