Well, according to Quinn a 3-4 weeks back, he went out of his was to compliment LVE in that he knew where to be and was playing well according to him. The other LB is Parsons who has been a playmaker. With the team in the big nickel and Neal in the rotation, Cox got left out early on. Of course his injury derailed any late season increased snaps.
In the secondary, Wright is an outside CB only and Diggs has been beat but also making plays and Brown is having a decent year. You don't pull Brown unless Wright is showing he is better in practice and Brown starts to struggle in game.
With Muk, Kearse has been a pleasent surprise, Hooker is playing well, Kazee started the year hot and Wilson when healthy has been fine. Muk is also going full time to safety so they may not want to throw him into the fire unless injuries dictate it.
Sometimes coaches prefer vets who may not be playmakers but go to where they need to be. LVE is an example in that he isn't his 2018 self but according to Quinn he knows his assignment on each snap. All it takes is a few guys free lancing and the other team can get chunk plays
