I don't think Weber is happy to be in Dallas. He thought he was going much higher in the draft and was about to make his name in the league. Instead he's going to spend the next 4 years on a 7th round salary watching Zeke Elliott play.

He'd better make the most of his spot duty. Maybe he'll get traded to a team that needs a running back.
But he should be mad that he can only play running back and that he wasn't a superstar at the position. Running backs are very undervalued nowadays.
