I am touched. No, Angus it's not just something in my eye. it's that mace the gals keep spraying on my face...

I guess the rest of the critics have to be older than 15 to aperciate it.

TY, my literary friend.

Wow, get over yourself.

You can be as clever as you want with your so called comebacks but all you are doing is making yourself look like an arrogant ______ . (use some of that creativity you have and fill in the blank yourself)

Remember this, you are the one who posted your piece on a PUBLIC forum. If you can't handle a little criticism then you are obviously in the wrong place.

Oh yeah, get over yourself... it had to be repeated.

You sound like the TA who graded my senior thesis.
You were ahead of your time. Controversial issues like "Kirk v. Picard" are never easy to approach analytically.

Wait a minute, you must be a huge fan of the 1920's reporter.

1920's reporter to Tom Brady: Champ Champ!! Talk about the long pass to Donte Stallworth. It looked like you guys were doing the jitterbug, while the Dallas Cowboys' secondary was doing the charleston.

Tom Brady: I don't know what the heall that means, but it was a great route... BOLAH BOLAH BOLAH.

Not bad.

It always takes guts to throw your work out there for the masses to dissect.

Don't worry about the invective criticism...just keep on doing your thing.

It takes guts to put your stuff out there, have people hate it and say "Oh well, I'll try better next time."

In this instance, people don't like it, and the author then decides to insult the audience - and it happens over and over again. People tire of that. I tire of that.

I don't like him but the man tells the truth 99.9% of the time.

Don't lie. It's not becoming for young ladies.

And secondly, this scenario plays out exactly the same every time Captain Schtick attempts this sort of thread. People don't like it, they say so, Blutto gets upset and declares all who disapprove are peasants - too limited mentally to appreciate his work.

Seeing how this happens every time, there are two conclusions that we can reach.

(a) The rest of the world really ARE idiots, and can't handle the brilliance displayed in the writing, or;

(b) The author simply isn't as clever as he believes himself to be, and cannot handle being told so.

:lmao::lmao2:

I would have posted an "owned" pic along with this post but I would have been called immature

Some tales about pretty girls from Nantucket would be much appreciated.

Well, that was a pretty cool little story. However, that was a lot of words to just say that the Cowboys defense "sucks" and that they will eventually cost us in the playoffs...

But, I'm confused! You said the lady had on a D. White jersey and then later said she was dressed in red? So what is it? Did she change clothes sometime after she entered?

:confused: Also, rye, if drank stright will make you go blind!
