I get it, we all want to win, but it's a game. It may be more important to some because of the pandemic, or it may mean less to some because of it. At the end of the day, it's a game. Don't get me wrong, I love the banter, the debates, the heated and civil discussions. That's what the game is for. I love it and I wish we were 4-0, but to be honest..........this season, I'm just glad that Garrett is gone, because he Sucks!!!! Salud!

God, give us grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed,... ...courage to change the things which should be changed,... ...and the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other."

take it to heart its sports

48hr rule in place..let it go

we have zero control or input on whats going on with our teams..

i am glad football came back and the Longhorns and Cowboys are disappointing me so far but like you said its game i enjoy having it back vs s no season and hope there still time to turn it around..

I've heard numerous times that life's a game. This stuff is important.

Football is more than just a game. It’s a way of life. Give me football players and I win a championship. Keep your prima donnas. Give me Jeff heat back

I knew we were going to enjoy losing more with Fat Mikey. Lol
I definitely did not want him but I was going to give him a chance. I know I was right. I would fire him yesterday. He doesn’t have a scheme he doesn’t know how to create a scheme

I appreciate your passion. It's admirable. That kind of fire has forged the world numerous times over.

I know I gave you a hard time for being a "rah rah" guy last week, but (and I'm being 100% honest, here) the more I stopped caring about the Dallas Cowboys, the better my life has been. And, no, I'm not joking.

I had spent way too many years emotionally tied and invested in this teams successes and (WAY MORE) failures. When they would lose it would, literally, ruin a string of days. When they won, I couldn't get enough NFL talk radio, forums, etc.

I made the decision last year to quit wasting my Sundays on this team. I stopped living for the Dallas Cowboys and started living for myself on that day. Doubled up my weekend rounds of golf and have had an absolute blast ever since. If the game falls outside of my tee time, I'll watch. If not? Meh. Who cares. I've seen TWO games this season. The Rams game and the Seahawks game. Both re-affirmed that this team isn't worth my time, right now. Worth my passing interest? Sure. But I'm not wasting another minute better spent doing other things that are more worthy of my attention.

I'll always love the Dallas Cowboys. It's in my DNA. Switch to another team? NEVER. But until this clown show demonstrates that it's worth the investment, it's a big nope for me. And, frankly, my life is ten times better off for it. I'll keep checking in with you guys and gals. I'm hoping this team makes it all worth your investment. In the meantime, my time is my time during the football season. For the most part, I'm just over it.

Go Cowboys.

Good for you. I still watch, but after years of worrying about my own season, I decided to just enjoy the Cowboys and not get to consumed.
What's your handicap? I was a scratch golfer about 20 years ago when I coached golf. Hit a 384 yard drive once!
