For the players it's more than just a game, but I think the OP was referring to fans, who hopefully have lives, and family and jobs that are a higher priority.

I'm getting there. On Sunday, I started getting pissed off and *****ing about how the game was going. My wife asked me if I was going to let it ruin my Sunday and I immediately let it go. No, no I'm not. It is just a game that I have no control over.

It's not worth it man. Treat it like a TV show. Win/Lose, you enjoy the suspense, come and chat about it on forums like this. But most importantly, always enjoy your day.

This season these losses have not bothered me as in the past. I have not lost any sleep over them.
The past few seasons, and even this one more so. I rarely tune into listen to the pundits.
I stopped listening to the Ticket and Fan years ago, but once in a while tune in. And then not for very long. Mostly because I do other things on my own time. I used to sit at my desk at work and listened most of the day. As I could do it then.

It is all the same on all the radio and TV shows anymore, and I do not need useless opinions. .
I got so I skip over many threads on here also. As I know what direction they all go and do not want to waste my time on it.

I have not watched any shows, unless flipping around on the channels I catch something here and there on ESPN or NFLN. I do not watch the Sunday morning shows very often. I do record and watch, or watch on the tam site, MM show and a Sunday morning, the live pregame shows locally.

If not for free NFL ST this year, I doubt I would watch as much as I have. SNF, TNF, MNF, I watch, but do other things so do not pay 100% attention.
I can see myself eventually getting back to a long time ago. Watch Cowboys games, and a few others here and there, but not a priority to watch the other games, if not Cowboys.

But hey who knows if they start winning it may be different.

It makes it not enjoyable. I try to be more selective in my responses and posts. And not waste as much time reading through it all.

Well if there was any constructive chat. Lately 98% is negative, but understandable. However it is more the same old complaints and most are just spewing hate of certain players. It makes it not enjoyable. I try to be more selective in my responses and posts. And not waste as much time reading through it all.

Mannnnnn I survived the Quincy-Hutchison foolishness which basically overtook and ruined the message boards back in the day. While the current crap on this board is annoying, fortunately we have the option of using the "ignore" button and the mods do an outstanding job here.

Sold my PSL's before the 2016 season, and have not regretted it for a second, not once.
Even as they went 13-3, I still did not regret it.

You shut up. Lmao. I always think to myself that when we lose I am more upset than the players the next day. They put it behind them and move on. I stew over it until the morning of the next game. Still get the butterflies before kickoff but this year I am not getting as mad. I want it more than they do. Or it seems like that. I should get a fans contract.

Honestly, I felt the same way, I lived and breathed this crap. Unfortunately, my family went through a tragedy in December of 05 and my whole perspective changed......
