It's amazing what a real GM and coaching staff can do!

Enough here,Eagles have a qualified GM and a qualified head coach! We have Jerry the oilman and are expecting what here? My fellow Boys fans keep your expectations low as it will get worse before it gets better in Jerry's world....
This. I'm afraid it's going to be a long several years. The Eags have the coach and QB to keep their team competitive for a long time. IMO, the Giants are a lot like the eags were a few years ago. They will keep shifting their personnel and system to find success. They will keep digging to find it.
We on the other hand keep throwing the same crap against the wall to see if anything sticks in order to appease one ignorant mans ego.
Not a good future recipe for success in Dallas.

Be careful.

You are close to being labeled and Eagles fan by the homer gestapo.

The difference is Pederson would never allow those *** clowns to be the backup.
and that’s why Pederson or any other good coach wouldn’t coach here, because Jerry has too much control.

Your analogies are bad. Dak was Qb the whole off season with Romo off because of surgery. Linehan had a whole off season to game plan with him as a new QB to the league.

They didn’t lose Romo during the season.

But don’t worry, Garrett threw Dak under the bus this year for checking out of run plays and playing poorly in games like Denver.

There's no "analogy" being played here. Garrett lost Romo and they didn't miss a beat. That is a fact. But because it doesn't fit your narrative or your argument......."it doesn't count". Its crap. Doesn't matter when they lost Romo. When we lost Romo you guys had our season being over. Don't play that hindsight game now.

No..

the analogy is faulty because those excuses are losses in the season he supposedly didn’t get to prepare for..

So even if we assume that he can win when he loses Romo, then losing Smith, Zeke or Sean Lee who aren’t even QBs isn’t an excuse then.. but it is for Garrett homers..

If they don't win it. Then What?

I suppose in your eyes they will be seen as laughable failures. After all. Their trophy case will still be empty. But for some fans who enjoy watching their team go deep into the playoffs...... sorry. I can't remember that far back.

Roseman has been their GM for 8 years. They've been to the playoffs 3 times and last week was their first playoff win during that time.

Exactly what are the criteria for being a "real" GM?

8yrs and playing in the SuperBowl....or be like the Cowboys, 25years and still cant figure which is up.... Which would you take?

Exactly, its called getting old and senile. Jerry doesn't realize his ways have not worked for 25 years. He still think the SuperBowl days were a couple of years ago, doesnt realize its been 25yrs. Have you seen how old, Aikman, Emmitt and Michael look...Its been long time since this team sniffed championships.

Highly unlikely with this coach and front office. Once you get the FA's, you have to put them in positions to succeed. You have to design and redesign and constantly adjust to what the opponent(s) are doing. You have to have leadership to bring them all together to believe in themselves and their mission. We have none of that.
Just talking 2 more wins den. Lol

I'm proud of that too lol. I do at least know Howie got somewhat demoted when Chip came in but he's always been there.

Wait, so you rip people for not knowing what went on in Philly and then claim you are proud that you don't know what went on in Philly.

That makes sense.

By all accounts, Jones is a very healthy 75-year old. His public speech patterns and verbal memory recall are practically the same now as they were when he first got in front of a camera and said he bought the franchise.

Age and mental competency are not his problems. Jones is a narcissist, although not a classical one perhaps. He did not grow into being a narcissist. He has been one his whole life. It explains his nearly three decade long inflexibility of not allowing others to grow his football product while minimizing his input,

Narcissism may be the reason why he prefers the label of President instead of Chief Executive Officer. 'President' probably sounds more important inside his head than 'CEO'.

They being Phil?
If so they got to SB.
Just getting there is something
And experience for next time.
Also I respect both conference
Champions.

Lol...if they don't win, it's wasted money and it's more than likely they won't get back next year.

No, I'm "ripping" people for not knowing Howie has been there. Doesn't even take a fan of the Eagirls to know that yet, you guys don't.
