Some are saying what you saw Sunday is the best you're ever gonna get out of Romo in a playoff game. Like Romo has already shown us his highest potential and that any coach will ever be able to correct some his mental flaws in his game. Like over coming frustration in the 4th quarter and being able to know when to throw the football out of bounds on key downs in critical late game situations. I mean think about it he's no kid anymore he's already going on 27 soon to be 28 years old. He been in the league already 5 years going on his 6th. He's been scorched about these lil dumb and stupid mental errors he keeps making during games by the like 4-5 different qb coaches already. Isn't it safe to say maybe a gun slinger qb isn't right for garrets system. i will never understand why he was tacking sacks when he was outside the pocket. all he had to do was throw it away. as for defense.this secondary has to be overhauled. other than newman.everyboby's job has to be on the line.Roy williams can not start here anymore. and J.Reeves and Nate Jones, have to go. i can see us drafting 3DB's in this draft. we also need a vet free-agent. i still cant get over this game. we never should have lost it.SICKENING.

I feel your pain Man, But you've got to let it go.

I too can't stop thinking about it:bang2: but whats really bothering me is that The Gints (the team I hate more than liver) have a chance to go to Arizona and I just can't handle that.

If they do, I just may give up on the NFL and start watching soccer, or The WNBA.:shoot6:

And as For Romo , I'm still a big time believer.
I think ,no, I'm sure he'll be fine . He may be 27 but with just a year and a half under his belt I think he definetly has a bright future ,and hopefully it's in Dallas.

It took Manning a few years and also Elway. Not sure he's in that category yet ,but hopefully he'll prove me and alot of others here right and bring The Trophy Home.

I feel the same way. I still can't believe that we will not be playing anymore until August. AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHH!!!!!!!!

I can stand when teams just flat out beat us, but when we give the game away like we did last Sunday, it leaves me sick to my stomach. We should have, would have, could have won if a couple of easy plays were made. Well, whatever. It happens.

Dallas should be playing this week, but I will still watch the games because I am a football fan. However, it will be hard because I am thinking this is the year. My family was making plans, for it is all about football, food, and the Cowboys.

If he even comes close to the number of threads that you've started in less than a week, he probably will too.

I guess misery loves company because I am glad to read that someone else is still down about the loss. Normally I feel the worst right after a loss, then I feel better with each passing day. But after last week's game, I was shocked into numbness. Then as the days went by, I found myselft feeling worse and worse about the meltdown. And those commercials advertising the conference championship games don't help one bit. This was one of the most eerie losses I have seen in my 29 years as a fan. It makes me so hungry for success next season. But will the Cowboys achieve it?

This is one of the worse nightmares i have seen in my 40 years of being a cowboys fan.the haters like Joe Buck,ESPN,Fox and others, are enjoying our Misery. i will never get my hopes up about this team again until they show me at seasons end. the fades at the end have gotten very old. yes i feel sorry for myself. but i also feel sorry for all cowboy fans. it's hard to let this go. i hope these coaches and players, feel as bad or worse as a lot of cowboy fans do.the rest of the NFL and national media are glad we are gone. while im sicken. my Misery goes on.

I feel sorry for people who could be upset about that game 2 weeks later.

They must truly have nothing else.

My youngest kid cheered me up 30 minutes after the game.

With all these threads its easy to keep up with how many people are losing sleep and how long they have been grieving the loss.

Im pretty much over the loss, it hurts but feelin sorry for the loss isnt going to eliminate NY and bring GB to Dallas. It will probably hurt again when NYG take the field this weekend. At the same time I was suprised how quick we did come together this year as a team under a new leader. You dont hear Pittsburgh calling for Tomlins head, and they've won a SB with many of their current players. Everyone needs to chill and wait for next season just like 31 other NFL Franchises

I too am a Die Hard Cowboys fan and I felt very disappointed over last weeks loss.

First off, I was bitter with the bad calls the refs made during the game.

After watching replay of some questionable calls, I saw D Ware was NOT offsides on the call against him. He jumped with almost precise timing of the snap of the ball, but it was after the ball was snapped.

The other call on Reeves for Face Mask should have only been the 5 yard variety, instead of 15 yards.

ANYWHO, I tried rationalizing the situation and came to the realization, we weren't really ready to go the whole way to the Big Show and take the Lombardi Trophy yet.

That may sound negative, but again, Im just trying to put the whole situation into perspective, so I can move on.

I looking forward to next year and have high hopes the Boyz are gonna make it to the big show and hoist the Lombardi Trophy. Hopefully, they are capable to get start filling the other hand with Super Bowl rings.

The problem is cowboys fans have been waiting for next year for over a decade now.this loss put the cap on a decade of losing.it's been pure Misery.

It's only one week later, not two. Your kid cheered you up? Yippeeeeeee! It was still a devastating loss. Don't imply that people don't have lives just because we admit that we live and die with the Cowboys. That's what being a fan is all about. That's what this forum is all about. We know it's just a game. We don't need your high and mighty sympathy.
