The players quit out there. From Amari taking himself out on key plays, especially late in the game when he was needed, to Zeke taking himself out on key downs as well, to the receivers dropping passes, to Dak missing open receivers, to the defensive secondary not able to cover the Eagles players, etc.

I saw the players quit today, not the coaches. Repeatedly, one could see the coaches yelling to the players on the sidelines, but the players (especially supposed key players) took plays off, took themselves off the field or plain out quit out there.

What a bunch of losers. Quitters!!!!

Embarrassing!

Almost as embarrassing as someone saying the coach’s aren’t at fault.

A real coach wouldn't tolerate this team's attitude.

Just stop

Yes it both but mostly on the coaches TBH. Two blown 3rd&1 play calls and one opting to punt rather than going for it made a lot of difference. I am not even talking about the preparation for the game.

maybe it’s both.

Attitude also reflects leadership. People don’t want to put their butts on the line for a garbage coach.
Jerry needs to fire key players. Get rid of them. If they don't want to show up and fight/play like Cowboys of old, get rid of them.

I have no idea what is wrong with Cooper, but you can see his price tag dropping by the minute. At this point, I don't want him on the Cowboys. The guys has no heart. On the other hand, I would re-sign Cobb. He looks like he can be a good example for the other receivers. He makes plays and wants the ball. He actually looked fired up on that final drive.

No shame saying it could be both.

The leadership question mark keeps resurfacing. In the past, certain individuals on the team were identified as poor, bad or non-existent leaders. I wonder why the question has popped up again...
