It's really time for both Dak sides to stop and move on

Really so when the Cowboys beat the Eagles the last year people weren't falling all over themselves declaring that the "Eagles were in a freefall?" People weren't rationalizing the Cowboys win over the Lions as "luck?" We don't have to go back very far to find evidence of the reclassification behavior. Going back the year before when the Cowboys beat the Eagles it was "Hurts didn't play" and when they beat the brakes off the Bucs in the playoffs it was "well they weren't a real playoff team." Even though they turned around and made the playoffs again with Baker Friggin Mayfield at QB the following year. Just because you pretend something is not reality doesn't stop it from being so.
Go to the 25 second mark in the below video - that was ABSOLUTELY a lucky play. That's not a TD pass if the defender doesn't fall down. And the way the refs or lions screwed up at the end? Yeah, there was a bit of luck there too. but whatever. I know I'm not going to be able to rationalize a damn thing with you, so I don't understand why I even bother some times.

Simple question, will you be watching? Why would someone invest any energy or time if they know the results.
Yes, I will be watching since you're so concerned about me. Make sure you check on me at least once a day. Anytime I travel somewhere, will make sure to text you when I arrive. Text me every 5 minutes.

Many would have been content to move on if we had a promising young QB we were developing behind Dak that had gotten a few opportunities due to injuries and showed promise. Many fans here wanted to move on from Dak then start looking for his replacement, which would’ve been stupid. We would have been stuck with a journeyman QB in 2025.
Not so.. the Cowboys were going draft Jesus in cleats with their first pick in the 2025 draft. <~~~~~ utter sarcanism!
I’m confused … Jerry drafted the highest paid nfl god … the fangirl fave … Dak Prescott in the 4ih round and he played the full season and very well his rookie year. How can y’all fangirl Dak so hard while suffering FOMO so hard? Fear of moving on doesn’t make sense here. Jerry is 1 for 1 this past decade drafting the Savior QB hero … so to use scare tactics of “we’ll be stuck with a journeyman” “ no viable alternative” is wild.

Why y’all stans low key shading your QB superhero?

Right I’m questioning at this point is it not just a copy and paste response.
I’m pretty sure they are talk to text rambles based on the incessant typos and terrible grammar and run on paragraphs. No rereads just press send. I have a client who does this and admits he could not care less that we need to break out the secret decoder to figure it out … but yah I doubt many read no matter what side of the fence … Rocky excluded, he doesn’t miss a beat.

You think he’s holding out next year getting 21 million?
There's a better chance that no one places a bet in Las Vegas for an entire week, than Jerry letting Parsons sit out until week 11. Unless Parsons doesn't care whether or not he gets an extension. I'm guessing he does.

No I will not acquiesce to the desire to rationalize and explain away any win by my favorite team. Every game in the NFL is against other professional football players. None of them is easy and none can be completely discounted. The Lions botching the two point conversion was luck? If you say so.. If you accept that then you will concede that the refs calling tripping on our TE when HE was the player being tripped by the Lions player was the only reason the Lions had a chance at the end of that game in the first place. If not for that "lucky" call the Cowboys have it first and goal inside the 5 and can salt the game away. But I get it.. it's only "lucky" if it favors the Cowboys.. When it favors the other team it's the greatness of the other players and coaches..

He literally just restructured his deal in March….you gotta let your hatred go.
A lot of player contract restructures require no permission from the players as long as it doesn't change their overall payout. Players go into new contracts often knowing the wording on the contract intends future restructuring. So was Dak really helping the team or was it one of those ones that requires no player permission?

Either way it helps the team, but not a single person can say Dak isn't greedy given this new contract.

Only 2 guarantees on this board:

1: Dak lovers will unite when he excels, and the haters will jump at his first INT
2. I consider myself one of the very few fans of this team who can be objective. When you are a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Reds you have no choice but to be objective. We calm ourselves by expecting the worst, it makes the blows so much easier to deal with

lol, agree and throw my heels in there especially during football season. I know it is a matter of time when Mack cannot right the ship.

I won’t say it. Many will and would be hypocrites because they would never give their billion dollar company money back. Never.

It's not time for me to do anything besides hate that this fraud is our QB.

Danny inherited an old team. Dak inherited a young team that went 13-3 with him as a fill in when Romo went down. That team was loaded just like last year, and Dak couldn't get passed GB both years despite 1 and 2 seeds.

White did more with less than Dak has done so far, and this can't be refuted until Dak actually does something in the playoffs beyond bad games.
Maybe we are starting to figure out it is about the team and not just the QB.

You're so confused.

Didn't you try arguing that you WOULDN'T make excuses for when Dak DOES beat good teams????

Exposed yourself as a blind hater... because you just couldn't help yourself.
