How so? We have 20 million on cap space right now we aren’t using. But tell me with a extra 30 who would we have signed to make us great?
Look at all the free agents signed this year… Go to overthecap.com and look at there year one salary cap hit… Then figure out how many you could fit in to 30 million

The cap is very fluid. Just because we have 20 million in space right now doesn’t mean that we don’t need to push that forward in order to pay for future years. Or… We are being run by morons, who have no idea how to maximize a window.

I’m asking what players do you think we could’ve signed that would’ve made us great? What names?

Ok lol. You just seem convinced Daks contract is hurting us and it’s not.

Don't have to replace Dak with an equal caliber QB.

Replace him with a better *value* QB, and use the extra resources left over to build a better overall team.
You guys keep saying this as if you can just go to the store and buy talent. Free agency is mainly full of players other teams don’t want but this is what will put the Cowboys over the hump?

No. Lol I love the Cowboys, and I will keep watching them… Hoping somehow… But I’m not going to be like you sheep, and just cheer everything regardless.
That statement allows your assumption to qualify for hopefully arrogant and wrong...Don't hold another to your own ignorance barriers.

So it's not just here in "Cowboys Zone"...it occurs on other websites that cover the team, through sports media, word on the street, and in the air across the country.
Many Dallas Cowboys fans disapprove of #4 as the starting QB.

I mean he did it with Cedric Wilson, Cole Beasley had his best year with him. Revitalized Randal Cobbs career. Shall I continue?

Good points.

But Cole had his best seasons with Buffalo, not Dallas.

And he was already showing great ypt in 2014, though in fewer targets.
Cole was a guy who kept improving over the years.
I remember being excited about what he and Romo could do in 2016.

Just don't think that Dak made Beasley. Beasley was productive before and after Dak.

Romo made the most of practically everyone . Dez, Austin and Beasley. Even Witten.

I’d argue most are more in the middle on Prescott. They see his plusses and minuses.

Like the rest of NFL teams without an Elite qb we have one who we can try and build around .

What many don’t realize is our Cap hits with Dak has been fairly minimal . So far less than 2o mil a season and why you pay out huge signing bonus and try and renegotiate before contracts matures as biggest cap hits are usually on tail end of contract.
