    That's because we have a lot more invested in the Cowboys then ESPN. We want this team turned around and we hate to wait especially when the same things happen every single year.

    It is rather like a Garrett Groundhog Day. At least Bill Murray's character was smart enough to figure it out, Garrett has shown no such ability;).

    It's fairly simple.

    Jason Garrett is the highest up you can go in the Cowboys' organizational totem pole of people capable of being replaced. So pretend he's the issue holding back the team. It gives a lot of people hope. One quick fix and all our talent will finally be unleashed on an ill prepared NFL.

    Garrett's hated like his predecessor was hated. He's hated like his eventual successor will be hated. We've had 20 years of it and it's not any less wrong today.

    Don't waste your time blaming the symptom rather than the disease.
