James and Neal are both slow

Neal ran a 4.58 and James a 4.55. David Montgomery, for example, ran a 4.63 at the combine. Paired with a speedier RB, either of these two guys could be a good fit.

What kind of back do you think Dallas is looking for: speed, power, vision (my choice), quickness ?

Personally I would like a vision back, with a power back as his backup.

This would make Vaughn and Luepke useful pieces again.
