Gibbs definitely could change the game that way. I would just like to know for sure that we'll use him that way. Not just stuff him in the Pollard role where he gets 10 carries and 2 catches per week.
Gibbs has the ability to take it home from anywhere on the field at any given time in either role. Even “if” they didn’t use him in the role as much as fans believe they should, opposing teams are going to have to account for that ability. My guess is teams will move up a safety in hopes that their comers can manage the WRs in one on one over taking a chance covering Gibbs with a LB witch with limit his receiving somewhat, but regardless, I’d still see it as a win win!

Don't surprise if they pulled the trigger with this kid at 26. Remember the reason they gave about pursuing OBJ........wanted to add more juice to the offense. Drafting him gives you an immediate weapon for replacing a chunk of the 124 catches we lost from players no longer on the team.

Also, i’m order to get that kind of volume you have to be in the field a lot.

Gibbs is a complimentary type / size back…Kamara is like 220.

Hyatt, Gibbs, Achane, Mims they need more juice on offense.

I posted this before but the added pass catching dimension makes Gibbs more valuable that's why the 49ers were willing to give up both day 2 picks, their round 4 pick, and next years fifth round pick to get McCaffrey who was in the middle of his sixth season. And they're paying him 12M/yr.

Gibbs is electric. Absolutely worthy of being our 1st round pick. Yu only take a player like Gibbs if you have a plan to get the most out of him. He’s a unique piece. Worst fear is he ends up with the Eagles at the end of round 1. God help us.

I wouldn't mind paying one back, while another is on his rookie deal. It's always good to have a duo.

I'm probably reaching for a WR this draft. lol. But I can see them going with Gibbs, too.

This would be my guy, personally. I'm looking for he or Flowers.. and if not, Robinson or Gibbs....I'd draft Johnston in the 1st. Duggan in the 5th, 6th...

Johnston is going to be good in the NFL..

DeAndre Hopkins 2.0.
