exactly.

he is erratic and inaccurate. he is both a project and far removed from a position of need.

i rate him almost exactly as i rated stephen mcgee coming out. except we already have mcgee and he knows the system.

i would rather see them trade up to 7 or 8 and take him.
but yes, them taking him would be a true utter moment of joy.

When JT and I agree on a QB, pay attention folks.

A lot of reports are that Shanahan loved him last year. If he would have come out and not gone #1 overall the Skins might have taken him.

I think Newton is going to the Bills or Cards. After that Gabbert may go to the next QB hungry team(Not sure, not overly familiar w/o him outside his bowl game).

Then between Mallet and Locker I think teams are going to side w/ Locker. Mallets attitude and intangibles will scare a lot of teams. Especially the Titans and Commanders who just went through diva QB drama

I don't understand how guys like Mark Ingram could drop outside the top 10. There's a good chance he's your franchise running back for years to come. You can draft good ones in later rounds for sure, but rarely someone at that level.

Keep in mind that Pro Bowl running backs Chris Johnson, Rashard Mendenhall, Ray Rice, Jamaal Charles, and more...all were all recently drafted later than the top 10.

I'm not saying acouple of those guys should not have been taken much higher, but it does seem that you can wait and get a RB.

I'm not sure if Ingram is better than any of those backs. They say he may not have even been the baets back on his own team.

I like him and will be curious to see what happens, but I do not consider him a lock down Pro Bowl RB for next 7-8 years.
