Jalen Hurts a pro bowl alternate and Dak missing out….OUCH! Dak went from a strong MVP candidate to not even being a pro bowl alternate. Pretty much tells you what the last seven games have been like for him.

Yeah good for Wentz as far as staying on the field and getting things back on track.

He is still prone to that one back breaking mistake though.

I just looked up his stats. His passing statistics are average but he has run for more then 700 yards and 10 touchdowns. He could go over 1000 yards rushing. Some talking heads compare him to a young Dak but I don’t think they play anything alike. He is more of a poor man’s Michael Vick.

Actually, Doug Pederson ( former Eagle coach ) compared him to Russell Wilson.

Also, read a tweet from a coach that his speed surprises defenses.

He is nowhere near the passer that Wilson was.

Hurts Fumbles/Fumbles Lost: 8/3

6th year Dak with all those weapons and 2nd year Hurts has been basically even this year.

Dak was near the top of all QBs first part of the season but has been pretty crummy since coming back from injury. Stats don’t tell the whole story though as I don’t see Hurts able to go through progressions very well and his some of his big stats have often came as a result of running in circles and chucking it prayerfully. He locks onto his first read pretty badly and I don’t see the mid range throw abilities. This is why I keep saying he’s a good backup QB, nothing more, just like Daniel Jones, and Tyler Heinicke.
