Prescott slumped on purpose as he wanted to avoid the Accuracy competition during the Pro-bowl festivities........

Dak was near the top of all QBs first part of the season but has been pretty crummy since coming back from injury. Stats don’t tell the whole story though as I don’t see Hurts able to go through progressions very well and his some of his big stats have often came as a result of running in circles and chucking it prayerfully. He locks onto his first read pretty badly and I don’t see the mid range throw abilities. This is why I keep saying he’s a good backup QB, nothing more, just like Daniel Jones, and Tyler Heinicke.

Away against a 10-4 team basically without his entire starting offensive line, JT was shut down to an average of 3 yards a carry except for his first carry for a 43 yard run. The Cardinals asked Wentz to win the game and he did making 2-3 exceptional throws in the process. His teams kicker missed a field goal as well. But like Romo away to the Legion of Boom Seahawks in 2014, he overcame adversity as a franchise QB should do.
The Colts were also without several other starters including their secondary and arguably their best defender yet they still got it done.
People need to shut up with making excuses for Dak Prescott and his contract. He faces another bum team tomorrow to massage his stats but the the real questions will be asked in the post season after the effective bye in the Wid Card round.

It would really help our chances if the Eagles committed the same horrible mistake the Cowboys committed in investing in a bus driver as if he's a top flight QB. I know you are being funny, but the sad thing is 'pro bowl alternate' actually is a good stretch goal for a player of Dak's caliber. How depressing is that?
