Jalen Tolbert named the most improved player at Cowboys training camp

Flournoy small school receiver as well . I’m hoping both juice up the passing game .

It would be great to see Flournoy become a difference maker this year. I think he's a little ahead of where Tolbert was his rookie season. Great hands and physicality, nice size. Could develop into a really solid #3 behind Lamb and Tolbert after Cooks moves on. Big props to the scouting department for going after both of these guys.
