Caden Sterns
Hamsah Nasirildeen
Richard LeCounte
Trevon Moehrig
Andre Cisco
Sterns is an ankle-biter as a tackler. He doesn't show enough physicality and almost seems to avoid contact, reminds me some of Xavier Woods.
Nasiirldeen has unique size and movement skills but struggles with man coverage and some scouts think he's better suited for outside linebacker.
LeCounte is kind of small and gets beat in coverage a lot. I like that he's aggressive but he really struggles in space.
Moehrig is the one guy on your list who could make a huge leap next year. I'm intrigued by him with my only major concern is his long speed.
Cisco makes a lot of plays on the ball so I want to like him, but he's another guy who doesn't want to consistently tackle or fill run lanes. He reminds me of the Louisville safety (Gerod Holliman) who had a ton of interceptions but ended up drafted in the 7th round, and was out of the league in a year.
You forgot Oregon's Jevon Holland. He's an ex-receiver and still returns kicks and punts. Obvious athleticism back there but I'm not sold that he's technically sound and he struggles with the nuances of playing safety.Like Moehrig, he could be a guy who improves leaps and bounds next season.
I personally like Nasirildeen and Moehrig a lot, but these guys are not 1st round locks, maybe Nasiirildeen. None of these guys are on Adams level (picked 6th overall) and are players I'd be afraid to lose out on by trading next year's 1st. No safeties went in the 1st round of 2020. Five safeties: McKinney, Dugger, Delpit, Winfield, and Chinn went in the 2nd round and I don't think next year's class is as good as those 5 guys. I don't think these guys justify your claim that the 2021 safety class is strong.
