Talking about taking things way way too far.

When I said "Aaron Brooks", I was speaking solely about the fact that you are comparing Russell to one of the worst Quarterbacks in the NFL.

It had nothing to do with both guys being black. I would have made the same comment if you would have said Kyle Bohler, someone with exceptional physical skills but is not that great of a QB.

It wasn't about White/Black it was about you putting Russell side by side with sorry Aaron Brooks as if the two equate but by all means believe what you want ;) .
Yeah. I took it too far.

By all means, continue to pee on my head and tell me it's raining.

Russell reminds me of a Daunte Culpepper before he he got crappy. In the right system, he could be a Pro-Bowl QB. That Wide-Receiver for Notre Dame makes Quinn look a little better in my opinion, he has got some serious skills!

Russell reminds me more of Ben Roethlisberger. Both are very big and can move pretty well for guys their sizes, but really aren't runners. Neither can run as well as Culpepper, but you can't ignore their athleticism either.

Lemme guess...you guys are both white?

Anyways.

Funny to see some of the people who seem like Notre Dame fans/Apologists out here. Quinn has not shown up for any of the big games, this should be an area for concern. If that has seemed to be your calling card at this level, that doesnt bode well for you at the next level, when everyone is good.

Brady Quinn epitomizes his sorry, overhyped team. Every year ND gets placed in a bowl game they have no business being in, and for the last 9 tries, they have lost. It's unreal.

Put Quinn on LSU, and Russell on ND, and see what the results are.

Quinn would light up the inept ND Cornerbacks, while Russell, would as well, struggle with LSU's top defense.

We actually cleared this up in a PM session.

Thanks

This seems to be your only argument, at least from what I see in both threads about Brady. Fact is, Brady made bad decisions, Russel didn't really. Russel put his deep balls on the money, Brady got picked. You're trying to argue something that we can't prove.

On a side note, if you are so willing to admit the superiority of ND, why the hell were they even playing against LSU if they still don't have the talent to compete with top teams?
