His productivity had a big spike when the backup QB started. Why couldn’t he beat out the #4-5 guys there?
Some WRs just don't click with some QBs.
Dak didn't like the Dez type WR.

HIs stats show he easily replaces Ced.Wilson. tape stats whatever it is its easy to see he takes on that rollSo, I really like this player. He looks much better on tape than his stats show. So I was wondering what fans thought about his play, and if there was a reason why his stats don't line up with the tape on him.
He was apparently buried on the depth chart and several fans were saying he wasn't getting enough opportunities.
But the fans seem to think he could have produced more if given the opportunity.
Interesting read if you care to take the time.

Imagine trying to argue that C. Wilson is a scrub and then propping up James Washington as a stud.
These are the kinds of players we as fans have to hope turns out great out of sheer luck. But I don't know a thing about this player.
Amari Cooper fell out of favor here and wasn’t seeing many targets. So we’ve seen that before. He had a really good second season with Pittsburgh and then he just fell out of favor. It could have been a philosophy change or a coaching thing (I have no idea what when on in Pittsburgh).
Either way this is a former second round pick that has produced when actually given an opportunity, so we'll see.
Those that just follow the stat line will never understand talent evaluation. His productivity had a big spike when the backup QB started.

His pro highlights are on youtube.
Good player. He's going to be fun to watch in a Cowboy uni.
He's such a scrub he was drafted 60th overall in 2018....
So, basically, our starting WR trio consists of two 2nds, and a 1st round pick.
Very underrated pick up, from what I can tell.
See 4:45 against Awuzie.

They loved him at the senior bowl

I happen to like jelly.Loool, fuzzy logic at its finest.
Let me try…let’s pick up Paxton Lynch and Ryan Leaf so we can say “hey, we basically have two 1st rounders backing up Dak at QB!!! Jelly anyone?”
well have to fix the offensive line so a weak arm can wind it up from the ground up to throw it that far.
If Moore believes in job retention than he better grow a pair and play his Boise game that we have all been waiting to see, expecting to see.And you think this QB and OL will allow that to be utilized? The two longest pass plays of the year were to Wilson and Turner.
This is not a vertical passing team and doesn't look like they will improve on that this season.
