Question with a question. Nice! You're the smartest guy on here.
You’re stumped aren’t you?
Question with a question. Nice! You're the smartest guy on here.
Do you even know who the 3 guys were in front of him?
Of course. You're too smartYou’re stumped aren’t you?
Sometimes answering a question with a relevant question is very poignant, and saves excessive explanation.Question with a question. Nice! You're the smartest guy on here.
Part of that was because our WRs can't jump high enough. And you think this QB and OL will allow that to be utilized? The two longest pass plays of the year were to Wilson and Turner.
This is not a vertical passing team and doesn't look like they will improve on that this season.
My thoughts. Give him the old Terrence Williams role. I expect a lot of what he did in college with Lamb working the slot and Gallup working the slants and outsI really liked Washington coming out.
He has a bit of Deebo to him in that he is stocky and could play some RB. Wore 28 in college.
Was mostly a straight-line big play guy at OKST.
Not a great route guy but very physical at catch point and shook off defenders then made tough contested catches.
Def think as Ben R aged and Steelers went more to controlled underneath passing Wash was a bad fit.
He is more like Gallup than any other Cowboys WR imho.
Give him 3-4 deep shots per game and I think he'll prosper.
I disagree, I think Gallup has the heart and the cojones to come back as good, if not better.I think he'll have his opportunity to shine and will be a solid role player. I don't think Gallup will be the Gallup that we saw prior to his injury. I think we are all going to be talking about the contract that the Cowboys gave to Gallup.
That's pretty much what I assumed they'd be doing, just going by what I read early in this thread. Maybe a bit more slot receiving, but a lot of field stretching. My thoughts. Give him the old Terrence Williams role. I expect a lot of what he did in college with Lamb working the slot and Gallup working the slants and outs
My concern is drops and the number of his targets that turn into catchesSo, I really like this player. He looks much better on tape than his stats show. So I was wondering what fans thought about his play, and if there was a reason why his stats don't line up with the tape on him.
He was apparently buried on the depth chart and several fans were saying he wasn't getting enough opportunities.
But the fans seem to think he could have produced more if given the opportunity.
Interesting read if you care to take the time.

Time will tell if that’s trueBeen telling people for weeks that he is an upgrade over Wilson, which he is.
The two guys Washington is replacing? And you think this QB and OL will allow that to be utilized? The two longest pass plays of the year were to Wilson and Turner.

Did you see that hail Mary against the 9ers on the last play...what an arm.well have to fix the offensive line so a weak arm can wind it up from the ground up to throw it that far.
yep, and people say Rush has a lollipop arm. sheesh, olive oil could take dak ln an arm wresting contest. oh crap, another contest he'd lose. sorry for bringing that up. sorry, dak guys.Did you see that hail Mary against the 9ers on the last play...what an arm.
What better team to feed off the scraps at WR than Pitt. He's not better than Claypool if thats what you mean. All 3 guys in front of him were better. But those are 3 really good WR's.
I am hoping he proves you wrong.
1 for $1,127,500 and 137,500 guaranteed. How much did Kearse sign for last year?
I feel that way about Baltimore and the defensive players they pick. What better team to feed off the scraps at WR than Pitt.
I take my chances all day with a young talent at WR that Pitt wants to discard of.
Me too, I watched him play at OSU and really liked his game. I thought he would have done better in the NFL but sometimes a change can make a big difference.
One thing in his favor with Gallup out and Wilson and Turner gone, he's going to get a lot of reps. And Prescott needs him to get the timing down fast.
