James Washington?

Where is this guy? I havent heard anything about him since he got hurt. We could definitely use another WR because it seems like Tolbert wasnt a good pick.
Does it matter? It’s not like he’s ever been anything more that below average. He’s not going to take snaps from any of the 3 WRs we’re currently playing. Unless there’s an injury, at this point I don’t see any reason to take him off IR, even if his injury is healed?

Who gets cut for a 1 year rental in Washington, Simi...Tolbert?

I was skeptical of this signing, but I must admit adding Washington and Dak is something I'm ready to see.
Lol, Simi is on IR. Why would you cut a 3rd round WR you knew needed a year of development when you drafted him!

All I know is a broken foot is especially tough on receivers. Imagine trying to make quick cuts on a foot that’s been surgically repaired. I would think he’s going to need at least 2 more weeks.
It's his pinkie toe, not the actual foot.

Nobody right now. We have 52 on the 53 man roster. That spot is for either JW or Clark
Don't they have to activate Clark this week? Then next is a decision on Washington.

With Brown emerging I wonder if they cut washington once he is healthy. Not sure washington is going to play special teams which is a must for 4th/5th wr's

Brown plays STs and if they activated Washington it would be to play which would put him in the top 3 or at least share the position. He's a deep threat which appears to be needed.

Noah has played really well to where now he seems underused. The man needs more targets. They pushed NB aside to throw more to Gallup with mixed results. I think Washington being active could bury a productive WR.

He would add a lot to the offense for Cooper Rush.

With Noah Brown out, I expect to see him in the next couple of weeks.

Underrated player. Many Cowboy fans think he's a scrub. But he's actually pretty good.

Are you pointing out that reporters are lazy...

They don't get clicks for reporting about the status of James Washington...

Tolbert was a small college player at a position that is regarded as the most difficult non-QB position to transition to the NFL. Maybe a bit early to judge him...

Right.

In any kind of news nowadays, outside of the so-called non-profits, what news you see is what news the reporter analyzed or predicted will get the most interaction.

Much of your mainstream news is influenced by interests their company aligns with, for whatever reason, so it's most always not news for your best interest.

I think after the bye at best
A foot is kinda important for a WR

Washington may not steal many reps from brown
Brown is playing well, can block well and can contribute on ST. Washington does a lot of the same things Gallup does. Washington is the one who may be used sparingly

Seems like our top three WR’s are okay but no one has stepped up to claim that 4th WR role like Cedric Wilson did last year.

Didn't Cedrick Wilson kinda wait until after the season started to get rolling, if I recall correctly?

Wilson was the 3rd guy filling in for the injured Gallup. When he was the 4th guy he hardly played.

Tolbert has been such a disappointment.

I really thought he would contribute some right away, too.
