I don't know why they aren't using Turpin to stretch the field? I mean even if he's just a decoy his flat line speed would have to be respected and help to open thing up for the others. I think KM is missing the boat on this one.

Not only to stretch the field, I thought going into the season they might use him some on screens and other quick passes to take advantage of his quickness and elusiveness to get yards after the catch and maybe break off an occasional big run.

that would require innovation and change, and kellen isnt into either one.
Also jerry likes his stars to get most of the targets !
So if they are gonna run a quick screen , it will be to lamb not turpin. This is why dallas never gets past div round , jerrys meddling
and puppet coaches.
If siranni had turpin, you would probably see some go routes, and some plays getting him the ball quickly and see if he can break one.

I am shocked dallas hasnt done more with him. but all focus has shifted to lamb and gallup, the 2 jerry stars, and they just are not
doing much with all their targets.
In the phil game they had 17 targets and only caught 7, and didnt do much with the 7 they caught.

When rush clearly showed he and noah had a good connection early, they started giving lamb more targets, and less to brown.
then gallup comes back and more targets to him.
brown then winds up with less targets each game, only had 3 in phil game where rush should have had noah as his # 1 guy with the most targets.

but no to appease jerry rush had to throw to the stars and this was just plain stupid.
The stars should have to wait until dak gets back.

It's pretty sure he will be kept since he was a high draft pick. But Washington still may be a veteran to keep as well in the short term. They were planning to keep him as well as Tolbert before the injury, so I'm sure they can figure out how to keep him now if they want to.
