"Jerry has talked to Witten in recent weeks and I do believe that he was part of the plan when Jerry was going to bring back Mike McCarthy. I think the plan there was to make him an heir apparent of sorts"

Exactly like I said. Witten was Garrett. McCarthy was Wade.

Jerry isnt hiring KM. Hes big on loyalty and I think for that reason, he won't call him. I feel a name not being mentioned at all is Lincoln Riley. I have a Darkhorse for you all too. What if Dak somehow convinces Jerry to go hire his old college HC , Dan Mullen? Its such a Jerry move when you think about it.

At Witten’s retirement press conference, Jerry said Witten would be involved with the Cowboys for the next 35 years.

Good for Mike McCarthy! Way to stand up to the modern day Mr.Burns. This answers the question of what a coach with a back bone would do if he was here! The Cowboys are cooked until Jerry dies.

If Witten is the coach then I will be checking out for a while. Enjoy draft time like always then enjoy every single Jerry loss. Label me whatever. Sick of this incompetence.
