@Risen Star

Can you please post a link to your statement?

I mean you call me a mess publicly. It would be nice you at least verify what you wrote.
Do I have a link for the salary cap not paying players and that all operational costs for a franchise come from that team's revenue?

No but I did graduate 6th grade.

Have you seen our QB room?

And the rest of our roster is far from a "powerhouse" at this juncture.
If the Cowboys want post season success they need to build around Parsons. Dak Prescott is not the guy you want to build around, no matter how much he is being paid.

Mike Murray was only worth minimum money. Situation football was horrible. Field management was horrible. I’m glad he’s gone.

At this stage in his career, you’re probably right but three years ago, he was still capable of winning it all with the right personnel

imagine being the owner of the richest franchise in the world and everybody knows you are a cheapskate, what a gut punch for Cowboy fans.
I think that’s just perception, he’s really not cheap. He just doesn’t know how to spend the money.

you are wrong, that Jerry is gone.now all they care about is making as much money as possible while spending the bare minimum.which coach with a sound mind will work on a performance based contract? one or two injuries out of your control and your season is in the tank .

I disagree. He can make money so many other ways.

The point was never that the cap is not paying players. In fact it was just the oposite.

I think you did not understand the conversation initially. And now you trying to twist things with "operational". I cant argue against that just because you did not define what that stands for. Are player salaries operational in your definition of that word?

But well. If you cant provide a prove for your saying i would suggest an apology. Since you called me messed up but it rather seems you are the one who talks some but cant back it up.

Oh and just if you missed it: offending somebody, you should follow that up with an apology. Especially when you were wrong. Thats called sophistocated and i guess you sniffed the meaning of that since you made 6th grade.

- This is McCarthy telling Jerry to stick it .
JJ was gonna low ball him and sign him @ the deadline.
- McCarthy was frustrated by the end of the season.
- McCarthy was really frustrated by the block on meeting the Bears.
- Bears interest is legit.

- Slater thinks Cowboys are in shock at this .

Memo to Jane:

Dont botox you lips. Especially not the upper ones. It looks so cheap. And not sexy at all. More like vulgar.

Or do you still need to look like a adorable young 16 year old teenager? Then you should emphazise the lower lips of your mouth. But with some discrete lipstick.

Shouldnt you been grown up and settled? Or do you still need to look f/!ckable to have some self esteem?

A-social media tragedy.

He was given Kellen Moore. Mike Nolan fired after one season, and McCarthy did not want to do that. Not even consulting before acquiring a potential new QB. Jerry does this with just about every head coach.

Parcells was given the choice to keep Zimmer, and decided he could work with him. Tuna could have just fired him and started new at all coaching positions. McCarthy never held that type of power.
Yes and Yes. McCarthy was given a choice who to keep, who to replace and who to bring in. Trey Lance is the only player we know Jerry picked up without his head coach or any other staff's input.

Cheap and not wanting to relinquish the control a high level NFL HC requires.

Just so you know, I rely on speaking text neuropathy from the military in both hands. Most people know that about me so I’ll let this slide because it is funny.

Don't blame MM after the dumpster fire offseason he gave him on his last year of the deal
The die was cast before the season even started. Yes the injuries were a big deal. That said, even if everyone had been healthy we might have had a few more wins and still finished 3rd in our own Division. Big Mike is a good coach. He was dealt a bad hand by Jerry the dealer. It was almost impossible for him to make the playoffs before the season and everyone knew it. Yes, no one expected the Commanders to be this good, but everyone knew we were worse then the year before and the Eagles were even better then last year. Well, everyone except for Jerry.

Lane Kiffin...I can see it. Probably the only college candidate that Jerry would consider. Already has NFL ties and probably some familiarity with Monte Kiffin coaching here for a few years. I can see him realizing that he maxed out in CFB and is willing to take a paycut to coach in the NFL again.
Based on his Twitter feed, Lane is in the process of reconciling with his ex-wife. She has moved to Oxford to be with him. I don't think they want any part of the Cowboy circus, even if he feels the need to prove himself in the NFL.

He was fired once by Al Davis. He's not going to come work for Jerry Jones.
