**** solders were just doing their job too, doesn't make it okay. There is a code of ethics in journalism and Jane violated it by suggesting things that may not be true and ignored how that would affect him. We don't know the nature of his rehab. Could be psychological, could be drug related could be something else. It is not as simple as you want to make it. We can agree to disagree all we want but his right to privacy has potentially been violated by her reporting. If so, he should be suing her in the future.

Your comparison of Jan Slater to **** soldiers is laughable at best. We'll see what the future holds for both David Irving and Jane Slater. I do believe what Irving has been doing to give himself a falling from grace is far more his own doing than anything Jane Slater had to say. Irving is and has been badly out of shape, in addition to setting himself up as a self-perceived diva who isn't bound by the obligations that other players must adhere to. Agree to disagree we will. We'll also see what the future holds for Irving. Hopefully, it'll be better than what it seems it might turn out to be at present.

Who knows. Chris Carter failed three tests in three years and openly admitted heavy alcohol abuse, cocaine, ecstasy and weed. Philly had enough and had to cut him despite his production. He rehabbed and the Vikings gave him a chance, he had 8 pro bowls after that.

Maybe Irving can get his act together, I hope so. Maybe hill be like Will Hill who threw his career away in Baltimore after testing positive twice in 2015, so he went to the CFL (where ironically teams don't test for ganga)
