Jason Garrett: Brandon Weeden is still a young player who is ‘growing before our eyes’

INDIANAPOLIS – Tony Romo, Brandon Weeden and Dustin Vaughan made up the Cowboys depth chart at quarterback last year.
Romo had arguably his best season, completing nearly 70 percent of his passes and posting a career-high passer rating of 113.2

During his first year with the club, Weeden appeared in five games, starting one, a 28-17 loss to Arizona. In that game, the former first-round pick completed 54.5 percent of his passes for 183 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.

Those comments about Vaughn are more noteworthy than anything said about Weeden. We all know what Weeden is - Garrett included - Vaughn on the other hand, I'll be very interested in how he does this offseason and preseason.
