I agree. But he didn’t hire himself and he didn’t keep himself for 10 years lol.

I challenge you, or anyone, to provide proof to support this claim. He deliberately sabotaged Wade's last season to get him fired.
Jason Garrett is a robot.
Thank you. Real snake in the grass hiding behind the good guy persona.
That one is so annoying as if he needed to sabotage Wade to get fired. Wade should’ve never been hired as coach to begin with.I challenge you, or anyone, to provide proof to support this claim.
Wade himself said it's absolutely not true.
This is nothing but an internet BS claim that gets stated and repeated enough times that people start to believe it.
Let's hope they aren't credible (for Duke's sake!). Garrett still attends Duke basketball games, so maybe that's the tie.Yea, they also mentioned Doug Marrone back to Cuse...
Those articles are written whenever and then they just hit publish. There's not any credibility to that.
I lost any hope of Garrett leading us to post season success and am glad we have McCarthy. But in all fairness Garrett was not a flat out fraud, or a loser. For a head coach he had a bland personality and was not a great motivator. His legend as a clapper grew when the got in a last clap with his echo. The dude is a flat out fraud. A bum. A loser. Jerry was a fool.
Maybe. There are 32 jobs, total available. If he was good he'd have a job, especially since so many horrible HC out there
Your opinion is wrong my brudda, dead wrongMaybe. There are 32 jobs, total available.
I’m just going off his record after inheriting a bad team. He rebuilt them and made them
competitive.
My opinion them and my opinion now is that the issues in Dallas extend beyond the HC.
We don’t have to agree.Your opinion is wrong my brudda, dead wrong
The sound of one hand clapping...,Has anyone expressed an interest in having him return to coaching?
You know you have a losing position when you resort to rewriting history.Maybe. There are 32 jobs, total available.

Garrett did briefly hang out after stepping down as head coach to help some with the transition. That was a joint decision and welcomed. If he actually refused to leave he would have been escorted off the premises by security. This would have been all over the news. What's next he barricaded himself in the head coach's office with an automatic rifle? SWAT was called? He milked that coaching job as long as he could refusing to step down and then refused to leave after he was fired , showing up for practice as if it was just a normal day .
this says it all

The Dallas Cowboys are not a cow. Garrett milked nothing. Ownership and executive management kept him on willfully and weren't fooled somehow. That's on them. The lack of post season success relative to the player talent on board brought the curtain down on Garrett. Rightfully so. Clearly he hit the wall of progress. It was time for a change and it can be argued that it should have come a season or two sooner but he was well liked by the organization.
