True, yet he still doesn't learn from his mistakes. That 4th and 1 play was brutal. Granted, if it works we aren't talking about it, but why not line up and block for 1 yard? A pick 6 could've happened there. We're lucky he only knocked it down. Garrett abandoned the run AGAIN. He didn't question the delay of game nonsense, either. I'm just mad at Garrett right now.

So Skin asked him what the locker room thought of Garrett at the time and he said a lot of players actually thought he sabotaged Wade because the offense changed so much afterwards. He said he'd stand on the sidelines and DBs would routinely correctly call out the exact routes they were about to run.

I know the sabotage part sounds ridiculous, but it's pretty revealing that apparently a good number of players believed it.

We have heard this multiple times, from multiple sources, including Ray Lewis and the Ravens when they closed down Texas Stadium.

Like parcells often said no matter how good you are if your not winning the players will tune you out. You will wear out your welcome because the results are not there.

Garrett has accomplished nothing, he lost all authority he had last January, he has thrown the qb under the bus and he makes insanely bad in game decisions.

He should be fired for a number of reasons.

Right now we have Jerry jones and Jason Garrett as the two most important people in the franchise and neither could get the same job with any other organization. Not one of the 31 other teams would hire either to be in charge of anything.

And we have endless money, one of the largest attendance numbers at home and on the road and are in a part of the country nfl players love to live.

Yet as fans we can't expect nothing to change and no hope for tomorrow. It's just going to be the Stephen and Jerry marketing program from now until draft day, then they will be arrogant again and act like they know something someone does not.

It sucks. All I am asking as a fan who has season tickets, Sunday ticket and game rewind is that we at least try it the right away. Hire competent front office people, a competent qualified head coach and take a shot doing it the right way again. If it doesn't work then we lose and so what.

But for god sake at least try and do it the right way. Jerry has now deconstructed two top level teams built for him by someone else. It's so depressing.
