listening to Garrett's PC, he seems to know that he won't be getting fired.

Garrett calling the time out before the field goal with 23 seconds on the clock to end the first half is the biggest head scratcher of them all.. The man has absolutely zero clock management skills and is about as clueless as they come...the dude I played online in Madden yesterday had better game awareness than Garrett... it's so freaking laughable!

Yeah, i have no idea what that TO was for.

Jerry know whenever he fires Garrett he will have to bring in another BP type coach. That is the last thing he wants to do anytime soon.
No coach deserves to lose 3 times with a chance to make the playoffs and keep his job. Repeat no coach.

Not much excitement going into 2014. What does he say to the players when camp open.

"We're THIS close"!!! **wink**

I agree that the coaching is putrid. Garrett keeps making the same mistakes. Why did a second string QB who hasn't played in 2 years have to throw 39+ times? It makes no sense. It's not like we were being blown out. We needed to miss in some run plays to keep the defense honest. No wonder they got the pick to end it; they knew a pass was coming. I'm not saying Orton didn't play well. He did. But they put too much on his shoulders just like they do Romo. I could slap Garrett's face right now (or is it Callahan?).

Jerry likes having a coach that cant get it done...................3 consecutive 8-8 seasons has loser written all over it....................no way this idiot should be back, but apparently Jerry likes never having a winning season.

Plus, can't scapegoat Romo for checking into the run this time. The word this week was that Orton wouldn't have as much freedom at the line.

And we still threw it 46 times.

It's inexcusable, especially at the NFL level. When Larry Lacewell and Barry Switzer are giving Jerry tips I hope they remind him of Garrett's constant clock mismanagement.

Black Monday is approaching. Goodbye to Garrett and his lil old sidekick Monte 32nd ranked defense Kiffin

hello to a smart HC coming soon. In the meantime Jerry will hold a few press releases.

Personally, I think Garrett coached his team up. They made the Eagirls look like the inferior team and the Eagirls are not the inferior team. Call it a excuse if you want.

True, yet he still doesn't learn from his mistakes. That 4th and 1 play was brutal. Granted, if it works we aren't talking about it, but why not line up and block for 1 yard? A pick 6 could've happened there. We're lucky he only knocked it down. Garrett abandoned the run AGAIN. He didn't question the delay of game nonsense, either. I'm just mad at Garrett right now.

Two terrible coaching hires with Wade in 2007 and Garrett in 2011. With even a mediocre coach like Wade, this team wasn't THAT bad and at least made the playoffs, even though they couldn't go far. With a terrible coach like Garrett, this is what you get. If Jerry could ever make a home run hire, just imagine what might happen. Unfortunately, he can't.
