I love his post game stuff, he doesn't trash them or anything he gives them their moment and points them in the direction. The fact he is heartfelt also helps as opposed tot eh canned crap most coaches use.

Not sure what the overall plan is for game day, I do understand keeping the team routine the same through out the week. Some do not like changing things up from the normal routine. Once the game is here who knows maybe some guys will sit or only play a short period
