I'm actually starting to wonder if he actually cares. With the new stadium, good for 30-40 more years, He has a venue for a lot of other money making events. He already has 3 superbowl rings. He's making money hand over fist, that's what it all boils down to anyway. Money is power. Mediocrity still serves his purpose.

Think that's to far fetched ? .......15 years ago the same crap was going on as now...same conversations.
Jones also has even admitted he is a crappy GM and would have fired someone else for the same poor job he's done.

I can say all this because I truly love the Cowboys, they are part of my life..... I have the broken furniture and divorces to prove it. I have been a fan all my life, and I was born in Texas. I am frustrated as hell. And embarrassed to some extent.
